Can we Automate approvals?

Can we Automate approvals?

Has the approved has some secret knowledge?

Ofcourse not!

Usually the approvers checks a couple of sources to validate, like the financial records and external sources like the Chamber of Commerce.

This can be automated.

Give the approver a dashboard with the data of the sources. Deciding to approve has become much easier.

But also the decision to approve can be automated.

What are the key indicators on the dashboard to approve the request? Try to write this out. Often you can automate this also and you can remove the approval step!

What do you think?
