“Can you do tomorrow at 3pm?” 😩

“Can you do tomorrow at 3pm?” 😩

No. No I cannot. But you can check my calendar and book yourself. 😎

I use Calendly. Link in my email footer.

Customers book themselves.

On my terms. At my availability.

Some folks are scared to share a booking link. 😱 They think they’ll lose control. But the opposite is true. You’re more in control.

💡 Why?

  • You decide when you’re available.
  • You decide how long meetings are.
  • You decide how many per day.

🧠 No more:

  • Back-and-forth emails
  • Ad hoc calls
  • “When are you free?” texts

I work from Kuala Lumpur for mostly Netherlands clients. I have overlap in the early morning — which is late afternoon for them. Perfect setup: all my meetings in one block. The rest of the day, I can focus on work. 💪

On some days I open up 9–11PM slots (after the kids are down). Clients know it’s out-of-office, and respect that. But if there’s an emergency — they have the option.

Calendly made me more async 😎 And less annoyed 🧘♂️

Do you use a booking tool already? Or still living in “when are you free?” land?
