Hourly billing is nuts.

Hourly billing is nuts.

Because the slower someone works, the more you pay. And the faster someone is… the more they get punished. Great system, right?

I got tired of this circus. So, I built something better. – Submit unlimited requests – One active request at a time – Async, no meetings – Senior D365 dev (me) – Fixed monthly fee

No hours. No timesheets. Just output.

And honestly, this started earlier. I’ve been doing fixed‑price automations for a while. With a clear price up front and free bug‑fixes for 6 months.

Clients loved it. I loved it. Easy win.

So, I doubled down.

Introducing the Dynamics 365 Developer Plan. Stop paying for hours. Start paying for outcomes. 👉 https://automatevalue.com/dynamics-365-developer-plan

What do you think about this model? Is it better for both, customer and consultant?

Special thanks to @jonathanstark , his work finally pushed me to ditch hourly for good.
