Sometimes regulations feel like the cookie consent law.
Annoying, costly, and with zero ROI.
Here’s the trap I see often: – HR waves the red flag – Finance brings in a law firm – Everyone says “we must comply or else…”
But wait. – What’s the fine? – What’s the actual chance of getting fined? – And most importantly: is fixing it commercially worth it?
Getting advice is smart. Blindly following it is expensive.
At the end of the day, the decision isn’t legal. It’s commercial. It’s yours.
