Scrum has become a cult, even a religion 🛐✝️🕌.
If I dare hint that Scrum might be causing a bit of unproductivity, I'm smacked with "you're not doing it right" 🙅♂️. Apparently, I'm not strict enough in adhering to the rules or have somehow misinterpreted them 🧐.
Maybe we should look into hiring an Agile consultant to ensure we're dotting our I's and crossing our T's correctly on these Scrum rules...💼🕵️♂️
Scrum is starting to feel a bit like Communism: its failure to work is always chalked up to it never being implemented quite right ⚒️🚫.
Questioning Scrum is seen as absolute heresy 🔥. We were supposed to be focusing on the product and customer, but now our goal seems to have shifted into applying Scrum by the book. 📚✅
