What are you paid for?

I got ill recently, and I thought I didn’t need rest.

But you’re not paid for your stamina.

You’re paid to make good decisions.

If you’re working today, make sure it’s because you have the energy for it.

If you need to take a rest, power down, and spend today on yourself.

Writing this is as much as a reminder to hold myself accountable, and it also helps you too.
