What personal data do we collect and why?
Mailing List
By subscribing to the mailing list, you will receive a maximum of five emails in a week. In the weekend we are enjoying our free time. Your email address will not be shared with anyone else, except our third-party mailing service that is doing the sending for us.
You can unsubscribe at any time with the link provided at the bottom of each email we send to you.
Contact Information
When you fill in our contact form, we only send your name, email address and chat topic to the person who is going to reach out to you, to have a chat. We aren’t going to spam you with emails or call you a thousand times.
When you become our customer, we store your contact information and communication in our customer system (CRM). Billing information we store in Stripe, our subscription and payment provider. Data is always stored encrypted and 2FA is required.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics. This is a wildly popular web analytics and statistics service that uses cookies to track you anonymously. We use it to see how many people from how many countries are reading our content. This data gets stored on a Google server somewhere. I’m not sure where exactly: they’re Google. If you’re really interested, you could read Google’s privacy policy.
Instead of emailing back and forth to get an agreement on an appointment date and time, we use Calendly to give insight into our schedule and make appointments directly. They store some cookies to do this, see their privacy policy for more info.
We would also like to make paying us, as easily as possible. To make this possible we use Stripe which also places some cookies. Read about it in their cookie policy.
Website Security
To protect our website from spam and attacks by hackers we use CleanTalk. If we wouldn’t use this, we would go crazy of all the spam, promoting the strangest products. You can read how they do that in their privacy policy.
Other stuff
Content on this site may also include embedded content from other sites (like videos or images). Embedded content from other sites behaves in the exact same way as if you had visited that other website. Those other websites may collect data about you and use cookies or other ways to store your data.
