Privacy, Simplified.
How your data is collected, used, and protected
Visiting this site? Subscribing to the newsletter? Here’s what happens to your data — short, clear, and fuss-free.
Privacy Policy
I’m a one-person company, so when I say “we,” I usually mean “me and my coffee.” I only collect the essentials — just enough to make things work smoothly, never to be creepy.
Newsletter
- You’ll get a max of three emails per week. Weekends? I’m offline.
- I use a third-party mailing service to send emails (automation over manual labor — always).
- Your email stays private — no selling, renting, or shady sharing.
- Every email comes with a magical unsubscribe link. One click and you’re free.
Contact Information
- No contact forms here. Want to chat? Use Teams, WhatsApp, email, or grab a slot via my scheduling link.
- The only thing I store is your email address, and only if you choose to subscribe.
- No spam. No cold calls. No funnel traps — just conversations when you start them.
- If you become a customer:
- I store your info in Dynamics 365 — my CRM of choice and the tech I live and breathe. Yes, I dogfood what I build.
- Payments go through Stripe, my subscription and billing provider.
- Everything is secured with encryption and two-factor authentication (because duh).
Cookies
- I use Google Analytics to see how many humans (and bots) visit the site. It’s anonymous and helps me improve.
- I use Calendly so you can book time without email ping-pong. It sets a cookie or two — check their policy.
- Stripe handles payments and uses cookies to do its magic.
- Curious? Check their respective cookie/privacy policies for full details.
Embedded Content
- Some pages may include videos or widgets from other platforms.
- These behave like you’re on their site. So if YouTube or someone else tracks you — that’s on them, not me.
Review or Remove Your Data
Want a copy of your data? Want it removed? No problem.
- Just email me at hello@automatevalue.com or drop me a message.
- I’ll handle it personally — no robots, no ticket systems, no runaround.
GDPR / AVG
For products that process personal data, there is a Data Pro Statement (Verwerkersovereenkomst) that details:
- What is processed
- Why it is processed
- How it is protected
It’s part of this privacy policy — written in legal Dutch for those who enjoy the genre.
Still got questions? Reach out. I don’t hide behind bots (unless they’re helping me automate something that saves us both time).
