Are outdated rules strangling your company’s potential?

Have you ever walked into a company and felt like rules had taken over common sense?

Here’s a pattern I’ve noticed: A mistake happens ➡️ A rule is created ➡️ Over time, rules pile up and slows everything down.

A company becomes less flexible. Employees don’t feel trusted and are treated like children.

When I step in, I challenge these outdated rules. The answers I get? “We don’t know” or “Someone made a mistake years ago”.

This is where the magic happens. By questioning why these rules exist, we dig deep to uncover the root causes and devise smarter, more flexible solutions.

Often the best solution: get rid of the rule.

It’s not just about process—it’s about fostering a culture of trust.

Imagine a work environment where employees feel empowered to make smart decisions instead of feeling restrained. 🌟
