The three important values in a live partner

by Sep 7, 2022Shorts

I’m now over 40 years and was thinking about the qualities I look for in a partner to grow old with.

For me, the three most important values for a partner are:

  1. Emotional stable, kind and compassionate. One test I use is how somebody treats a person in a lower status, like a waiter or a cleaner.
  2. Growth mindset. Problems in the relationship, try to overcome these together.
  3. Fighting well. Communicate well, debate well, good long talks.

Having these traits in a partner removes a lot of friction in my life. In short: Find a live partner, instead of prom date (=short term satisfaction)!

What do you value in your partner?
