Scrum has become a cult, even a religion πβοΈπ.
If I dare hint that Scrum might be causing a bit of unproductivity, I’m smacked with “you’re not doing it right” π ββοΈ. Apparently, I’m not strict enough in adhering to the rules or have somehow misinterpreted them π§.
Maybe we should look into hiring an Agile consultant to ensure we’re dotting our I’s and crossing our T’s correctly on these Scrum rules…πΌπ΅οΈββοΈ
Scrum is starting to feel a bit like Communism: its failure to work is always chalked up to it never being implemented quite right βοΈπ«.
Questioning Scrum is seen as absolute heresy π₯. We were supposed to be focusing on the product and customer, but now our goal seems to have shifted into applying Scrum by the book. πβ
