Scrum has become a cult, even a religion πŸ›βœοΈπŸ•Œ.

If I dare hint that Scrum might be causing a bit of unproductivity, I’m smacked with “you’re not doing it right” πŸ™…β€β™‚οΈ. Apparently, I’m not strict enough in adhering to the rules or have somehow misinterpreted them 🧐.

Maybe we should look into hiring an Agile consultant to ensure we’re dotting our I’s and crossing our T’s correctly on these Scrum rules…πŸ’ΌπŸ•΅οΈβ€β™‚οΈ

Scrum is starting to feel a bit like Communism: its failure to work is always chalked up to it never being implemented quite right βš’οΈπŸš«.

Questioning Scrum is seen as absolute heresy πŸ”₯. We were supposed to be focusing on the product and customer, but now our goal seems to have shifted into applying Scrum by the book. πŸ“šβœ…
