If I dare hint that Scrum might be causing a bit of unproductivity, Iβm smacked with βyouβre not doing it rightβ π ββοΈ. Apparently, Iβm not strict enough in adhering to the rules or have somehow misinterpreted them π§.
Maybe we should look into hiring an Agile consultant to ensure weβre dotting our Iβs and crossing our Tβs correctly on these Scrum rulesβ¦πΌπ΅οΈββοΈ
Scrum is starting to feel a bit like Communism: its failure to work is always chalked up to it never being implemented quite right βοΈπ«.
Questioning Scrum is seen as absolute heresy π₯. We were supposed to be focusing on the product and customer, but now our goal seems to have shifted into applying Scrum by the book. πβ
