Scrum Sprints are relics of yesteryears.

by Dec 22, 2023

Scrum Sprints are relics of yesteryears.

Two-week blocks? They don’t function in the today’s high-paced world.

Continuous delivery is our reality now. A feature is ready to be deployed as soon as it gets the green light from the product owner. No more waiting for a demo to wrap up.

Software development has evolved from the days when we deployed on a disk. That’s when Scrum had its start.

If your process is hindering independent and direct deployment of each feature, then the problem lies there. Scrum will not fix that.

Rather than adding onto an outdated methodology, it’s time to look at the mirror and fix what’s holding you back to deploy when you want.

Stay adaptable, stay agile.
