Nice that Canvas apps can now also automatically be added the Dataverse Default Solution (still called Common Data Services Default Solution π). See Creating canvas apps as Dataverse solutions by default (preview) | Microsoft Power Apps
This Solution isn’t used a lot, but it can be a genuinely nice Solution to manage your changes. Why? All changes made outside of a Solution are being added to this Solution.
I prefer unmanaged solution(s) for Customers and then the Dataverse Default Solution is perfectly suited for that!
